Kevin Reilly is a valuation professional with over two decades of experience in appraisal-valuation and involving various industrial markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and is ASA-accredited and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in multiple states. Kevin’s value to customers focuses on the provision of independent and unbiased appraisals for complex income producing properties.
In the role of Managing Partner for evcValuation, Kevin Reilly provides strategic direction, technical knowledge, and direct oversight for industrial and commercial valuation requests, specifically by applying his experience as a mechanical engineer.

Clayton Baumann, PE, CCP, ASA
Principal
As Principal for evcValuation, Clayton Baumann brings over 15 years of valuation industry expertise and insight to serve the company’s clients at the highest level.
Mr. Baumann’s valuation experience is focused on servicing clients primarily in the oil and gas, power generation, chemical, and public utilities industries. He brings to evcValuation extensive knowledge for developing valuations for ad valorem tax and related litigation. He also has experience with allocation of purchase/sale price, insurable value, pre-deal buy/sell, and end-of-lease valuations.
Mr. Baumann holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mr. Baumann is a licensed professional engineer and licensed certified general appraiser in his home state of Wisconsin. He is also a licensed certified general real estate appraiser in numerous additional states. He holds his Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers and his Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification from the AACE International (AACE).

Alec Paget serves as a Manager for evcValuation LLC. In this capacity, he manages and conducts valuation analysis and support related to the valuation of complex income-producing properties. Mr. Paget has experience in ad valorem tax and insurable value valuations and has appraised property throughout the United States.
