Our mission at evcValuation LLC is to accurately identify client valuation needs and deliver independent, unbiased, and highly supportable opinions of value of the highest quality. From initial engagement scoping to final appraisal report deliverables, our goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations. We strive to deliver an opinion of value that is within budget and meets our clients’ timing needs.

We are independent. Clients we serve include various industry and corporate entities, property tax payers, property tax attorneys and governmental taxing agencies.

Kevin Reilly, ASA

Managing Partner

Kevin Reilly serves as a Managing Partner for evcValuation. In this capacity, he provides direction, technical support and oversight on the valuation of complex income producing properties.

Experience

Mr. Reilly has valuation experience in property tax valuation, purchase price allocation, insurance, pre-deal buy/sell, end-of-lease, pretrial and litigation support and appraisal reviews. Properties he has appraised include power plants, oil refineries, petrochemical plants, pipelines, refined product terminals, telecommunications networks, and general manufacturing and support facilities. Mr. Reilly started his valuation career by joining American Appraisal in 2002. From 2006 until 2009, he was a Vice President with Duff & Phelps working as a property tax consultant. In 2009, he rejoined American Appraisal and led an independent property tax valuation practice focused on energy related properties. In 2015, Mr. Reilly founded evcValuation.

Clayton Baumann, PE, CCP, ASA

Managing Partner

Clayton Baumann serves as a Principal for evcValuation. In this capacity, he manages, and provides direction and oversight on the valuation of complex income producing properties.

Experience

Mr. Baumann has experience in ad valorem tax, allocation of purchase/sale price, insurable value, pre-deal buy/sell, and end-of-lease valuations and has appraised property throughout the United States and internationally. His primary industries of focus include oil and gas, power generation, chemical, and public utilities. Properties appraised include natural gas-fired power plants, coal-fired power plants, nuclear power plants, cogeneration plants, petrochemical facilities, petroleum refineries, petroleum product terminals, and cement plants. From 2006 until 2009, Mr. Baumann was a consulting design engineer with Powrtek Engineering, Inc., where he completed various electrical distribution designs for municipal, aviation, and educational facilities and structures.  In 2010 he started his valuation career by joining American Appraisal as an associate appraiser and progressed to the manager position by 2014.  In 2015, Mr. Baumann took his current position with evcValuation dedicated to providing independent valuations of complex income producing properties.
