Christopher Rigo serves as a Manager for evcValuation LLC. In this capacity, he manages and conducts valuation analysis and support related to the valuation of complex income-producing properties. Mr. Rigo has experience in ad valorem tax, allocation of purchase/sale price, and insurable value and has appraised property throughout the United States. His primary industries of focus include oil and gas, power generation, chemical, and public utilities. Properties appraised include petroleum refineries, power plants of all technologies, petrochemical facilities, and chemical processing plants.

Throughout his tenure in the insurance industry, Dave has dealt with large PD/BI policy limits and claims and understands the importance of a current insurance appraisal in setting proper PD/BI insurance limits. In addition, Dave’s exposure to the global economic landscape has granted him a well-rounded perspective on asset intensive industries and the associated insurance markets, along with extensive relationships with many in these areas.
